You've inquired- coming Summer 2026 〰️

  • A return to your voice, your truth, and the parts of you that have been shaped by expectation. A space to explore authentic expression.

  • A guided space for identity, confidence, and emotional growth during formative years.

  • A space to reflect, integrate, and honor the wisdom of your life while continuing to grow. A gathering of all that has been lived; holding joy, grief, resilience, and story. This phase invites reflection, connection, and the quiet power of legacy.

  • A diverse relational circle for those who want to explore themselves in the presence of difference and shared humanity. For those seeking to delve into the curriculum in a safe and empowering group setting.

  • A space for men to explore emotional depth, identity, and connection to identity beyond performance or cultural pressure.

This is an invitation to move with others—
to be shaped, seen, and supported—
as you deepen into yourself and your relationships.

Beginning the week of June 1 and running through the week of July 13 (with a gentle pause for the holiday), these small, relational circles will gather in rhythm, creating space for reflection, connection, and meaningful inner work.

Like orcas who travel in pods, each with their own unique bonds, languages, and ways of being, these groups will include both niche pods (formed around shared life stages or experiences) and a mixed pod for those drawn to a more diverse relational experience. These groups offer both safety and soul- creating the ecosystem to cultivate a healthy posture of curiosity.

Each pod remains intentionally small (3-5 participants), offering a space where your story can be known, your patterns explored, and your presence felt within a circle of others also doing the courageous work of becoming.

Pods will run for 6 in-person meetings for 1.5 hours per group. The pods will be launched on a first-come, first-served basis. Do you have a group that has an interest - reach out for more info.

Dates & times are offered on the interest form!

Healing doesn’t happen in isolation—it happens in relationship.
While individual therapy is a meaningful place to begin, many people eventually reach a point where they no longer need more insight, but more connection. More mirrors. More voices. More presence.

Therapy Pods are facilitated small group therapy experiences (3–5 people) designed to offer just that—a brave, intimate space where healing unfolds through shared stories, relational dynamics, and the kind of resonance only found when we are truly seen.

Each pod becomes a living ecosystem where your patterns, longings, defenses, and desires emerge—not to be fixed, but to be witnessed, understood, and re-patterned in real-time. You’ll begin to notice how you show up in a group, where you shrink or stretch, how you trust, protect, perform, or withdraw. And with time, courage, and care, you’ll discover new ways of being with others that are both more authentic and more freeing. The groups offer contemplative and active engagement, offering a place to grow with safety, honesty, and compassion.

Whether you're feeling the ache of loneliness, exhausted by hyper-independence, or longing for deeper ways to relate and be known, you belong here.

Healing happens in relationship. Transformation happens in community.

Small Group Therapy for Relational Growth & Soulful Belonging

Inspired by the emotional intelligence of orca whale pods, these groups invite you to step into a rhythm of collective care. Orcas live in committed pods, communicating through unique dialects, caring for one another across generations, and grieving and celebrating together. In many ways, they show us the deep healing potential of being tethered to others with intention, vulnerability, and presence.
